Early check in (before 2pm) may be possible, subject to room availability; please inquire with Reception via our online contact form.
Late checkout fee is US$ 40 (if you need to keep your room past 2pm) and is subject to room availability.
The Reception can usually accommodate your luggage until your departure time, but no later than 8pm on the same day, if necessary. No luggage may be left overnight.
Children under the age of 12 can stay for free in the same room as parents. Breakfast will be charged at US$ 5 per child per day in such cases.
Extra bed can be arranged, if requested, at a cost of US$ 20 per night. Please understand that not all rooms can accommodate an extra bed - please check with the Reception in advance via our online contact form.
Reservations will only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card. You card details will be collected on our secure booking page on Beds24.com platform.

All outstanding reservation payments must be settled upon check in.
Valid photo ID of all guests must be presented upon check in.
RATE TERMS
Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to check in time (Vientiane time) without incurring any fees. Please use the booking platform you used to make your reservation to cancel/amend your booking. Alternatively you can use the contact form on our website to request a cancellation. Reservations made through third-party agents are subject to those agents' terms of service.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check in (Vientiane time) are subject to a cancellation fee equal to current one night’s room rate, which will be charged to the guest’s credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
In the event of no-show the total cost of the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
